Together we'll explore:
Common myths and facts about osteopenia and osteoporosis
Safe, effective ways to build strength that support healthy bones
Balance strategies to help reduce the risk of falls
How the neuromuscular connection influences stability, movement, and confidence
This series is designed for everyone—from experienced yoga practitioners to those who have never taken a yoga class. Both mat and chair options will be offered throughout, making the practices accessible and adaptable to a wide range of abilities.
